Job Description

Data, Markets & Corp IT is looking for a VP in Business Manager capaticy in COO team, responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, and optimizing company performance to meet business and IT goals. This role will report directly to COO of Markets, Data, Corp and Wealth Management functions.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed in hybrid, in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

  • Act as a strategic partner, implementing operational strategies that align with company goals to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans and business initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including financial reports and workforce management metrics.
  • Foster a high-performance culture.
  • Evaluate and implement current process, and standardize for wider teams and hold everyone accountable to drive operational excellence.
  • Build rapport with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure adherence to company policy.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field
  • 15+ years of experience in IT or similar org
  • Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must be a faster learner and multi-tasker
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $216,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
