The IT Enterprise Avilability Manager is a critical role for State Street and responsible for development of ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Availability Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, Transformation / Remediation Plan and associated controls and then drive that plan to conclusion.

What you will be responsible for
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- General understanding of ITSM / ITIL standards around Availability management
- Assist in establishing the Availability Management Process;
- Assist and provide input in determining availability requirements;
- Assist in developing availability and design criteria;
- Assist in validating Availability Management performance
- Utilizing SNOW ITSM tool to monitor and measure end-to-end availability, including the trends of availability Service Levels;
- Prepare and publish availability analysis and trends;
- Leading meetings with SSC Process Owners to identify automation opportunities;
- Reviewing and prioritizing the recommended solutions in collaboration with State Street for deployment through Change and Release Management Processes;
- Monitoring Incident trends, investigating the causes for unavailability, and driving preventive and corrective actions with the help of Problem Management;
- Tracking the planned unavailability time, and in collaboration with the Service Level Management Process, providing feedback to the Change Management team on which changes are to be approved;
- Leading meetings to drive all agreed-upon improvement plans, and escalating lack of cooperation from State Street and other Actors per the agreed-upon escalation process and methodologies; and
- Hosting or participating in agreed-upon and key meetings to drive Process execution.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A Minimum of 8 years of experience in Availability Management in ITIL Change Management Operations.
Work Requirement
- Four days work from office to manage APAC/EMEA shift.
