Lead Data Analyst - Senior Manager

Who we are looking for:
Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-on Data Analysis Data Modeling , design and architecture
Experience in Finance Domain and FCC (Financial Crimes and Compliance) is a plus
Should be able to work in overlap with Morning EST hours.
Extensive working knowledge and expertise on Spark SQL, RDBMS, Databricks
Should have worked on data migration projects especially cloud migration.
Work closely with business and IT teams to clarify and refine functional requirement specifications.
Work with source teams to understand the data and analyze the gaps
Come up with Entity and Attribute mappings, Dependencies, constraints , Data rules and data model
Should be able to work independently and communicate with IT and Business Stakeholders to drive technical delivery
Should be able to work on and strategize for future data model for compliance
As a data analyst you will:
- Hands on design and development. Spend 80% of time on own tasks as part of Sprint deliverables.
- 12-16 Years of IT experience with relevant qualifications.
- Min 6+ years of industry experience in Bigdata and Cloud experience.
- Extensive experience on Data Analysis, Data Mappings, Data Quality, SOR.
- Exposure to AWS, Databricks is most desirable.
- Should have worked with RDBMS, OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouses and ETL.
- Strong SQL skills is a must.
- Knowledge on Pyspark and data modelling is a plus.
- Financial domain knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Agile experience
Must have: RDBMS, Data Analysis, ERWIN , SQL, Databricks, Spark ,
Good at design and implementation
Additional requirements:
- Experienced, fully competent in own area.
- Shares own expertise with others.
- Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance
- Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
