AIS production Support is seeking smart motivated individual to take the role of level 1 /Level2 application support related to hedge funds specific to Interactive Investran Lead support and operations. (accounting & reporting). Monitoring production environments, Address application issues that come via tickets, emails, phone calls and automated alerts. Deploy applications to UAT and production environments. Understand the application within Investran Suite.

1. Resolve daily accounting and system/application issues

2. Communicate daily with various members within the company to ensure proper production support.

3. Act as and liaison between the developers and the users in explaining accounting concepts for new reports or system enhancements

4. Train users on the basic functions of the accounting software and its related applications

5. Reproduce production problems by testing in beta/test environment prior to release into production

6. Work closely with developers to test enhancements and upgrades.

12-16 years of experience> Alternatives Investran business Support Lead

Understanding of the Alternative Investments domain, especially Private Equity domain. Adept in Investran application. Understanding of Private Equity accounting concepts to fix AT / BE issues. Should have worked on migrations of funds from any accounting application to Investran. Shiould have experience in onboarding of clients. Understanding of Investran Secuity Manager and hands on experience in fixing access issues. Use of DIU (Data Import Utility), Reporting Services, Active Templates and Business Events. Keen eye for automation.
