As a Sustainable Investing Analyst at State Street Investment Management, you will play a key role in fulfilling sustainable investing-related reporting and disclosure requirements, including work related to regulatory expectations and external commitments. What you will be responsible for

As a Sustainable Investing Analyst (AVP), you will report to the Head of Sustainable Investing Operations and will be responsible for the following:

• Play a leading role in the firm’s reporting to satisfy sustainable investing-related disclosure frameworks and external commitments

• Help meet sustainable investing-related regulatory obligations in various jurisdictions

• Support accurate reporting of the firm’s sustainable investing AUM

• Help enable the broader Investments team and manage risk by centrally performing key tasks

• Contribute to effective internal oversight of sustainable investing and asset stewardship

• Monitor sustainable investing and asset stewardship-related market, regulatory, and industry developments

• Collaborate across functions to advance priorities

• Contribute to a variety of ongoing tasks and special projects as needs evolve

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience working for an asset manager required

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, such as sustainable investing, project management, risk, or compliance

• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as Principles for Responsible Investment and Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures

• Experience with regulatory analysis or regulatory compliance

• Experience with data analysis and reconciliation

• Experience implementing policies, procedures, and business controls

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and comfort with leveraging AI tools
