About the role:

The Project Team Manager - Transfer Agency Change Management Poland​ is responsible for direct management of the team of PMs, as well as ensuring project deliverables are met on time and on budget for his/her own project.

Your responsibilities

Management Duties:

  • Define career path and goals for direct reports in HR system and ensure all reports follow the PM process and deliver their tasks as per agreed SLAs;
  • Ensure direct reports develop their core PM management and soft skills;
  • Managing issues and escalations in reference to direct reports;
  • Ensure that specialist knowledge is kept current and is shared among team members;
  • Serves as relationship manager with internal clients;
  • Acts as support and deputy for Head of TA CM team.

Project Management duties:

  • Manages projects in their complete life cycle i.e. from Initiation through Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing
  • Takes complete responsibility for all areas of project with the greatest focus on Scope Management, Time Management and Cost Management
  • Takes responsibility for managing change in the organization by the means of:
    • Promoting and advocating State Street new and modified products and services to users.
    • Tracking and responding to user feedback regarding changes and implementation process
    • Assumes overall responsibility for and follow up on the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.

What we value

Work requirements:

  • The position requires office presence at least 3 days per week

Experience and Education:

  • Higher education in technology, accounting, finance, business or equivalent;
  • 5 years of experience in: people management and change management, preferably in financial services sector.

Core business requirements:

  • Experience in managing the team (setting up goals, provide feedback, develop employees)
  • Excellent project management skills, extensive project management experience and training.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute Standards or certification according to PMI will be a considerable advantage.

Core soft skills:

  • Excellent managerial skills - ability to manage people on tight time frames.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Strong relationship management skills

Other:

  • Good PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flowcharting software.

Minimum Salary:

zł182 004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
