This role is responsible for our unit dealing and Cash Allocation and Rebalance (CAAR) operations across the United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a growing global team. What you will be responsible for
As a Fund Order Services, Vice President you will:
- Oversee CAAR and unit dealing services for clients in a fast paced environment across a variety of complex portfolio types, with a strong focus on risk mitigation
- Critically assess current and future state operations, make recommendations for improvements in future state model and drive change.
- Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor
- Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for key stakeholders.
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and controls.
- Manage, train and develop staff, manage employee performance, complete performance reviews timely, and handle employee relations issues
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development
- Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work and terminate employment
- Make effective recommendations for promotions, salary increases and bonuses
- Other projects or tasks as assigned

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience
