Who we are looking for:
As a Chief Data Office (CDO) Business Coverage Adoption Lead you will be responsible for working with Business Unit core teams, Data Stewards, Technical Data Stewards, Analysts, IT and the CDO team to implement and operationalize CDO initiatives. Adoption Leads provide guidance and expertise with a goal of driving the enterprise data strategy, data governance policy and standards across the organization working to build strong data governance operating models for each.
What you will be responsible for:
As a CDO Business Coverage Adoption Lead
- Work with the CDO team to implement and operationalize CDO initiatives
- Drive Data Governance activities across business units, including understanding accountability, policy compliance and data quality issue tracking and resolution
- Support the day to day stewardship to drive data-decision making process and facilitate discussions to address confliction viewpoints with the goal of arriving at mutually satisfactory agreements
- Guide the business unit data stewards to solutions for information sourcing, provisioning, consumption and standardization reporting and analytics
- Lead projects involving upstream and downstream data flows and processes to ensure compliance with data governance policy
- Create reporting around data governance progress for key stakeholders and management and conduct as needed alignment meeting on strategic data driven initiatives

Education and Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Financial Services Industry is required
- Data Governance Background
- Experience with Collibra DIC
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management concepts, principles and practices
- BA/BS Computer Science/ Business/ MIS
- Proven understanding of global environment

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $157,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
