Ensure adherence to tolerance thresholds, outlier monitoring, and escalation protocols.

Drive ICAMS‑ready root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive control enhancements for performance‑related incidents.

Ensure compliance with client guidelines, internal policies, and industry best practices (e.g., GIPS‑aligned principles where applicable).

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead and develop a high‑performing global team across performance calculation, attribution, and analytics.

Set clear ownership, accountability, and quality standards across the team.

Drive training, cross‑skilling, and SME‑led models to reduce key‑person dependency.

Foster a strong culture of risk awareness, control discipline, and continuous improvement.
