Who we are looking for:
A strategic and execution-focused leader with deep experience in Aladdin Middle Office Onboardings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex transitions, coordinating across global teams, and delivering operational excellence under pressure.

Why this role is important to us:
Aladdin Middle Office is new model to our Alpha strategy, enabling seamless integration across the investment lifecycle. It supports transaction lifecycle management, investment accounting, reconciliations, and data governance—delivering operational through automation, standardization, and client-centric service models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Onboarding of Aladdin Middle Office services, including OTC derivatives, bank loans, and reconciliation workflows, Corporate Actions, Trade Operations.
  • Define and document business/system requirements, identify operational gaps, and develop use cases tailored to client legacy processes and Aladdin’s capabilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, BlackRock BRS, and internal teams to manage data migration, DHUB configurations, and HUDL message creation.
  • Manage project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across time zones and functions.
  • Support hyper-care activities, including ServiceNow ticket tracking, KPI dashboard development, and lessons learned documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SWIFT configurability, FX rate integration, and trade detail gaps between legacy systems and Aladdin.
  • Collaborate with client operations leads and internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
  • Maintain and refine the Aladdin runbook in coordination with client and internal teams, ensuring all SOPs and BPRs are aligned and approved.
  • Drive the development of KPI dashboards in Power BI to monitor post-go-live performance and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Aladdin Middle Office modules
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with investment operations and prior experience supporting client transitions in a hybrid on-site/remote model.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving client requirements.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $181,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
