We are looking for candidates for the role of Officer within the Fund Order Services team that will be responsible for running our Dynamic Cash allocation business. The role involves both responding to and engaging with the client to solve day to day issues as well as planning for future projects and providing thought leadership as needed.

What you will be responsible for
As Fund Order Services (Dynamic Cash Allocation) Officer you will
- Overseeing asset allocation services for clients in a fast-paced environment across a variety of complex portfolio types, including target dates, multi-manager, and fund-of-funds
- Report allocation activity to trading partners, clients, and transfer agents for trade execution
- Research and resolve inquiries and reconcilement issues with custodians and trading partners
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Train, develop and motivate staff, and complete performance appraisals
- Assist with client reporting and client projects
- Managing conversion/start-up of new client relationships with input from VP or MD
- Analyze internal processes and look to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows
- Analyze requirements, test, and implement enhancements to asset allocation application in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines
- Develop timely and accurate responses to ensure the needs of the group are being met
- Maintain internal and external client relationships
- Provide support for client testing and model office
- Track and Manage the completion of annual client audits

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years’ experience in financial services industry
