TRP is a well-established asset manager in the Nordic region with offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen, managing assets for some of the largest and most sophisticated institutional and intermediary clients. The ambitions are to be seen as a leader in Active Management, with strong ESG capabilities and local commitment

The Nordic team at TRP is looking for an experienced relationship manager located in Stockholm covering Nordic investors. The role will report to the Head of Distribution, Nordics.

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for pursuing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Nordic region and will work closely with the Nordic relationship management team to position our investment capabilities and develop our business in the region.

In close cooperation with the investment department and other internal resources, the associate will develop and deliver market environment and investment strategy information and insights to existing and prospective clients. In addition, the associate will position TRP and improve brand awareness as a trusted investment partner in the Nordic region together with a dedicated marketing and PR team based in London.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our Nordic business, working with existing and prospective clients
  • Build in-depth knowledge of investment strategies and solutions covered
  • Utilize internal resources to be relevant and impactful in conversations with investors, representing TRP and our investment capabilities.

  • Demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of financial markets and regulations, and be able to leverage that knowledge in conversations with investors.
  • Self-driven and motivated with high ambitions.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and problem solving.
  • Strong network builder and communicator in both written and lingual?
  • Well structured, detail oriented and able to quickly digest complex information in a changing asset management landscape
  • Team player: actively participating in a High-Performance Relationship Management Team – be accountable, proactive and engaged.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree educated
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Demonstrable experience within the asset management industry
