T. Rowe Price is seeking a skilled Global Product Pricing Manager to help drive our company’s commercial success with analyses and insights that advance our pricing approaches.
We are a hard-working team in a fast-paced environment that creates practical solutions to tough product pricing challenges. Senior leadership has entrusted us to evaluate and articulate clear business cases that help them make pricing decisions. Our work covers a broad range of global markets, from North America to New Zealand, and the investment products that serve them.

Responsibilities
Understands the competitive landscape and applies advanced knowledge of external and internal data to help develop pricing across the firm's strategy continuum. Creates pricing reports related to the current book of business, portfolio proposals in the market, and pricing trends and forecasts.
Analyzes complex pricing information across investment strategies and global business units to identify approaches to competitively meet client needs.
Evaluates product or deal-specific opportunities (typically less complex or small size) using all available data and information to assess the likelihood of desired revenue and margin growth. Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
Supports tasks or individual components of new strategies in support of pricing and product governance.
Performs analyses on key metrics relating to pricing for review by management. Recommends and executes business process reengineering efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree (economics, finance, mathematics preferred) or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Preferred:
Analytical with great attention to detail.
Intellectually curious & going the extra mile
Ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and build strong relationships
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and creatively
Experience working under time pressure and with tight turnaround times.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases - ability to aggregate and transform data into clear, actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with industry tools such as Broadridge, Morningstar, or eVestment for competitive analysis and market research. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
1-2 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial analysis. Prior exposure to product strategy or market research is a plus.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$78,000.00 - $133,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$85,500.00 - $146,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$97,500.00 - $166,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
