Role Summary
Play a critical role in providing sales support for desk and field sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate as a key member of dedicated sales teams including completing complex sales support tasks, scheduling meetings, pre-meeting preparation, and promotion of specific product and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance and analytical reports
- Handle inbound calls from financial professionals, functioning as a liaison between the FA and their respective internal and external regional sales teams
- Develop and maintain knowledge of T. Rowe Price products, marketing strategies and capital markets to fully support and service FAs and internal/external sales teams
- Support digital only FAs via personalized outbound calls/email campaigns to promote T. Rowe Price solutions and products
- Cultivate strong relationships with desk and field sales teams to become the "go to" person for Wirehouse, independent, RIA, and other financial firm specific information
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
- This role requires FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as registration with the National Futures Association (NFA). Licenses may be obtained within first 6 months of hire if not currently held.
Preferred:
- College degree with concentration in business or finance
- Client facing experience
- Strong relationship management, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a team environment while being a self-starter
- Results oriented
- Commitment to client service
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

$67,000.00 - $114,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$67,000.00 - $114,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
