Role Summary
The GDS IPEx Product Analyst (PA) will be responsible for executing operations responsibilities for the investment product experiences supporting our digital properties. This role will be part of a digital product team that focusses on managing digital features and capabilities related to product experiences across Americas, EMEA and APAC. The PA will partner with the PO and multiple stakeholder groups across product, marketing, sales, technology and others to deliver market-leading digital experiences. This role will not have direct reports and is expected to be hands-on and execute operations responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Business analysis related to the product sections, review of engagement analytics, preparing reports and updating information on our websites
- Writing detailed business requirements for our technology team to implement
- Collaboration with the design team for Customer Experience design
- partnership with the architecture & technology teams to design and build technical solutions
- Close-collaboration with operations/services teams to deliver operations-ready IPEx capabilities.
- Define product data requirements for projects and major enhancements to product pages.
- Ensure that Investment Product experiences are up and available on our sites, legally compliant with accurate and latest content + data.
- Coordinates with business partners to execute the plan for product launches and major regulatory changes.
- Assists the product owner in the coordination and implementation of those capabilities in partnership with the relevant teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience
- Hands-on experience in the management and delivery of operational services within a global digital capability
- 2-3 years of experience working in Financial Services/Investment Management
- Demonstrated experience in complex digital initiatives
- Basic understanding of the investment management industry, the range of investment products and vehicle types; and data detail
- Experience working with content and data management systems
- Experience in managing complex data sets, data display, and / or complex data visualization challenges
- Ability to work in an agile product development environment and collaborate with various internal and external partners/stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration skills across numerous partners and delivery teams
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive, practical, and proactive
- Independent worker who is results-driven, can work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities
Preferred:
- 5 years of related work experience in Investment Management/Asset Management/Financial Services
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; influencing without authority
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$75,500.00 - $129,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$83,000.00 - $142,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
