Role Summary
Supports product marketing for our suite of alternatives products with tactical promotional activities. Develops value propositions, campaigns and associated communications with a focus on the client experience journey and needs. Works closely with other members of the product marketing teams, sales, and investments.
Responsibilities
- Takes a leadership role in ensuring that marketing collateral is updated, with an eye toward identifying opportunities to improve processes for efficiency.
- Responsible for keeping our websites and Seismic updated with current product collateral for T. Rowe Price’s suite of alternative products.
- Supports the strategic approach for marketing and monitoring a product (or small range of products) based on business unit/segment/country goals and objectives. Integrates the demands of various segments, the competitive landscapes, and the industry environment to execute on marketing campaigns.
- Analyzes data to evaluate of the target audience, client requirements, the competitive landscape, and the market environment to assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials to support our alternatives product offer. Responsible for the promotion and competitive differentiators to position these products, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
- Develops differentiated value propositions and messaging based for a product (or small range of products) on understanding of capabilities, client requirements, the competitive landscape, and the market environment for specific target audiences.
- Understands and integrates marketing plans and strategies to execute on tactical campaigns, collateral, and communications in partnership with other product marketing roles, key stakeholders, and business leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- A willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude
- Experience working with content management systems and repositories, including Seismic
- Understanding of the alterative investing space, including private equity and private credit is a plus.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
