Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for supporting the local Sales team to maximize their ability to effectively and efficiently generate new business and retain existing clients. The role holder will be part of a team comprising Relationship Managers, the Client Servicing Team, an RFP Team Member, the Marketing Team, and the Admin/Office Organization Team.
Work at times may be fast paced, complex, cyclical, sensitive and highly confidential in nature. Due to the small office, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a diverse range of duties including but not limited to preparing MI and reports, attending selected clients’ meetings and liaising with global teams on a day-to-day basis. You will also be working closely with the sub-regional marketing team that is embedded in and works very closely with the local distribution team.
Principal Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in:
Coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
Maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
To undertake analysis of data and prepare management information packs including commentary, this can be on current and perspective business and clients
Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad hoc questions or reporting requests
Use AI tools available to achieve efficiency gains and to help improving the team’s productivity
Liaise with central teams to prepare information packs for perspective and current client meetings
Provide logistical and organizational support for the Mid Europe marketing team
Perform research projects on various market and client topics
Be a representative on EMEA wide projects
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar with an affinity to and passion for Asset Management (preferably with work experience in the AM industry)
Highly structured and detail-oriented working style with the ability to independently manage and deliver assignments under time constraints
Strong prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong affinity for AI-based applications, with the ability to use AI solutions (e.g. for research, data analysis, document preparation, process optimization) in a responsible and efficient manner
Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
Location: Frankfurt am Main – this is an on-site role based in our Frankfurt office, part-time – 20hours per week.
