Role Summary
Contributes substantively to global retirement marketing to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that position T. Rowe Price products and insights. Centralize the creation of retirement marketing content for segment activation. Working across US, APAC and EMEA retirement segments to coordinate comprehensive go-to-market plans. Analyzes multiple data streams and optimizes tactics.
Responsibilities
- Partners with cross-functional peers and segment leads in the execution of multichannel marketing plans and events aligned to specific populations of prospects and clients. Makes recommendations on specific media and promotional channels to be employed to best promote supported products and services and drive targeted audience engagement. Determines appropriate measurement criteria and methods for newly suggested promotional audiences and tactics.
- Ensures all internal and external elements necessary to the successful execution of segment marketing plans are addressed, including securing the support of necessary internal marketing and distribution partners; ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are satisfied; and ensuring all necessary content is shared, reviewed, and approved by necessary external partners.
- Create processes and infrastructure to facilitate streamlined communications across segments and sharing of centralized content for activation.
- Assesses and synthesizes key performance indicator data to provide recommendations on additional key performance indicators, benchmarks, and tactical marketing plan adjustments.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for repeatable deliverables impacting client and prospect experiences, ensuring the ongoing maintenance, and streamlining of all such repeatable workstreams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B event marketing.
- Experience in marketing, preferably within Asset Management, US Wealth, or the financial industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to execute project management and meet deadlines.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$87,000.00 - $148,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$95,500.00 - $163,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$108,000.00 - $185,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
