  • Support strategic partnership initiatives, including coordination of agreements, payments, and approvals.

Content, Insights & Product Marketing Support

  • Partner with Insights & Product Marketing teams to deploy thought leadership, product collateral, and campaign messaging.
  • Support localization, adaptation, and ongoing maintenance of marketing materials, websites, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure messaging is audience-appropriate, differentiated, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.

Brand, Creative & Marketing Operations

  • Manage creative development and production for campaigns, events, and client materials, working with internal teams and external vendors, and operating with minimal supervision from senior segment marketing counterpart(s) and/or the head of marketing.
  • Oversee activity-level marketing budgets, including tracking, vendor management, and payment processes.
  • Mange third-party vendors and outsourcing partners to deliver content across written, video, visual, infographics, animations and digital formats.
  • Use performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, demonstrate impact, and inform optimization of future campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with internal governance, compliance, and brand standards.

Stakeholder Management & Teams Collaboration

  • Partner with AxJ distribution teams, Insights & Product Marketing, Digital & Marketing Enablement, PR, and Global Marketing COEs to deliver global and local marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure marketing materials and programs meet regulatory requirements.
  • Share best practices and coordinate initiatives with global Insights and Product Marketing partners.
