POSITION PURPOSE

The role supports management and delivery of fund lifecycle events across EMEA vehicles during a period of elevated activity and temporary resource constraints. The focus includes the ongoing lifecycle management of our SICAV and OEIC products, primarily supporting our Luxembourg based Product Implementation team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY)

• Manage initial and ongoing cross‑border registrations for SICAV across EMEA and APAC markets, including preparation of filing packs, coordination with local counsel/service providers, and oversight of renewals and jurisdiction‑specific obligations.

• Prepare, submit, and evidence monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory filings across EMEA and APAC.

• Draft, review, and coordinate shareholder notices for fund events and support dissemination across administrators and distribution teams.

• Lead or coordinate share class and sub‑fund lifecycle events including launches, closures, mergers, and rationalisation activities.

• Coordinate key investor disclosures including KID/KIID updates, OGC monthly controls, and monitoring SRRI/SRI integrations with vendors.

• Execute and track annual market registration obligations, maintaining clear documentation of local nuances.

• Support monitoring activities and maintain core product data and analyses for ongoing oversight.

• Prepare contributions to board/committee packs, maintain trackers, and support meeting action follow‑up.

• Manage vendor and stakeholder interactions including administrators, platforms, custodians; maintain issue logs and organise governance calls.

• Participate in team operations including mailbox SPOC rotation, RFP/DDQ/fund data query triage, and maintaining extracts for stakeholder calls.

• Maintain static data accuracy across systems and repositories to ensure reliable product information.

• Contribute to preparation and maintenance of SFDR‑related documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA & IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting a variety of product management activities

• Good working knowledge of SICAV and/or OEIC regulatory frameworks and operational processes.

• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver reliably under time pressure.

• Experience coordinating cross‑border fund events and governance submissions.

• Continuous improvement mindset with comfort optimising workflows and documentation.
