Capital Solutions Group (CSG) is Capital’s investment unit responsible for the design and management of multi-asset investment solutions. As a Business Operations/Management Senior Analyst, you’ll conduct in depth research and analyses to help execute on key initiatives. You will help provide connectivity between CSG, other investment units, and broader Capital. You’ll play a key role in facilitating and coordinating complex projects, that requires input from multiple stakeholders and providing solutions using sound judgement and recognizing risks. You’ll research and present data and insights to CSG leadership and partner with technology and operations teams to create capabilities and enhance processes. You’ll utilize investment knowledge to compile relevant data, identify trends, propose solutions, and create high quality content tailored to Capital’s investment philosophy. You’ll prepare briefings, presentations, summaries and facilitate the planning and execution of committee meetings.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, or business management in financial services, managing projects and initiatives across multiple teams and groups; familiarity with Multi-Asset Funds, Model Portfolios, Target Date, or Portfolio Implementation preferred.
You demonstrate sound judgment in creating and presenting unique ideas and suggestions to improve business operations.
You can anticipate future/evolving business environments and develop solutions for current and future needs.
You have a strong ability to leverage analytics to drive business impact. You are proficient in applications such as Tableau and have working knowledge in project management tools.
You have strong written, oral communication and presentation skills and can effectively articulate information to a diverse group of associates, senior business leaders, and individuals outside of the organization.
You’ve developed and effectively leverage organizational networks and relationships to gather data and inputs as needed.
You demonstrate strong problem-solving, creativity and negotiation skills.
You have a keen eye for details and go above and beyond to produce high quality work with accuracy.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or STEM related fields highly preferred.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
