As a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator based in our Toronto location and remote support of our Montreal location, you are the face of the office. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills deliver a warm, polished, and highly responsive experience for associates and visitors alike. You combine hospitality excellence with white glove operational expertise to create an environment where associates and clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for while ensuring behind‑the‑scenes operations run seamlessly. You have the ability to work at both strategic and operation levels with attention to detail. Bring innovation and creativity to deliver best in class client experience. Candidate should be able to demonstrate where they have added client experience value in previous employment.

This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven professional who thrives in a visible, high-impact position and enjoys ownership, real-time decision-making, and delivering exceptional service. You'll put your skills to use in operational support, event planning, vendor negotiations and management, and global relationship building in a department that thrives on collaboration. You are comfortable working independently and leading initiatives with minimal direction.

This position does require you to work in office 5 days a week. On occasion, you may have the flexibility to work remote on Friday, based on the demand of the role.

Technical Skills:

  • You have strong computer skills.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.

  • Communication: Excellent in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Canada Base Salary Range: $68,819.00 - $110,110.40

Capital offers a competitive compensation package that includes eligibility for two bonus programs and a contribution to the group retirement plan (subject to requirements of each plan).
