Description of Position:
The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, working as part of the TPG Asia Platform Finance team, supporting TPG funds and related activities across the Asia-Pacific region. This role offers significant exposure to portfolio management, valuation, and fund management processes within TPG’s private equity products.

Principal Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
- Coordination and execution of portfolio management processes to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operation for all relevant teams.
Valuation
- Coordinate and provide leverage for TPG’s quarterly valuation process.
- Manage quarterly valuation process, including distribution, collection, and synthesis of valuation templates.
- Compile summary reporting and review materials for Valuation Committee, as well as firm leadership and other groups as needed.
- Assist in the documentation of workpapers that support all quarterly valuations.
- Prepare investment summaries for all companies to be included in investor reporting.
Fund Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. fund accounting, tax, legal and compliance) to ensure smooth operations of fund related matters.
- Oversee fund operations, including capital calls, distributions and cash flow management for private equity funds and SPVs and ensure compliance with LPA and process controls.
- Provide transaction support to deal team members during the investment and exit process.
Requirements:
- Preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Capital IQ is a plus.
- Interest in valuation work and prior internship experience is a plus.
- Consultative and collaborative approach to working with peers and counterparties.
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore without the need for a visa.
- This internship requires full-time commitment, with an immediate start and ending in December 2025.
