We’re regularly looking for Process and Quality Specialists to:
• be point-of-entry contact for queries about regulations, processes, tools and risk
• ensure a smooth information flow, organize and conduct trainings for new tools and processes to improve quality and enablement
• monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the team and escalate if necessary
• identify, evaluate and implement mitigation measures for client related or process/quality related topics, e.g. Account Openings, AML, KYC, BRM/BRS, pending items
• maintain the quality of client relationships by proactively delivering holistic solutions that address their needs
• collaborate closely with client advisors, client account managers and the desk heads, as well as various other internal departments

Your team
You’ll be working in the WM APAC CH team in Zurich, providing service to our Wealth Management clients located in Asia. As a process and quality specialist, you’ll play an important role in seeing that the team is up to date when it comes to risk, process and tool knowledge. We provide direct support and solutions by tapping into the know-how of the PQS community. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
• financial services experience within Wealth Management environment, ideally in a front (client advisor, client account manager) or process, risk, compliance, audit function for at least 3 years
• banking related education (apprenticeship, traineeship or a bachelor’s degree)
• excellent knowledge of wealth management offerings, products and processes
• disciplined, with a focus on details and standards
• excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills (you’ll be facilitating trainings)
• proficient level in English as business language is mandatory, German or Asian language skills are an advantage
• highly motivated team player who is also able to work independently
• valid Swiss Work Permit
