Your role

Are you passionate about leveraging digital technology to enhance client experiences? Do you have an analytical mindset and a drive to optimize digital journeys?
As part of the Center of Excellence for Experience Design, you’ll provide data-driven optimization guidance for UBS’s public website (ubs.com) and authenticated channels (E-Banking & Mobile Banking).
Your mission is to identify and eliminate pain points, remove conversion barriers, and ensure seamless digital interactions—whether opening a bank account, requesting a mortgage, making investments, or managing self-service tasks like updating an address in E-Banking.

We are looking for a passionate Conversion Optimization Specialist to:

Analyze user behavior, business needs, and existing systems to identify optimization opportunities.
Bridge client and business perspectives by conducting research, usability studies, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
Lead and champion the growth of optimization, personalization, and experimentation programs within agile teams.
Collaborate with UX research, data science, analytics, product, and design teams to enhance digital journeys.
Execute A/B and multivariate testing, refining user flows to maximize conversion.
Monitor site performance (speed, accessibility, mobile-friendliness) and suggest improvements.
Evangelize a data-driven and client centric design culture.

Channels & Platforms UBS Switzerland team is constantly looking for new talents. Join Experience Design Center of Excellence (CoE) team, work closely with design, product, and client needs teams to support the organizational transformation toward a client centric design organization and shape client experiences. This role operates in an agile setup in our Wroclaw office, with a hybrid work model (UBS office & remote).

Your expertise

University Degree in UX Design, Behavioral Economics, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRO, experimentation, or data-driven UX.
Strong expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and user behavior economics.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Decibel Insight, Glassbox, or similar tools.
Knowledge of UX, behavioral economics, and SEO best practices.
Ability to translate insights into impactful optimizations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent presentation skills
English fluency (German understanding is a plus).
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
