Your role

Are you a people person? Do you want to put your enthusiasm in investment to work? We are looking for someone who can help us to:

• manage a portfolio of UHNW/GFO clients domiciled in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and SEA
• provide proactive strategic and tactical investment advice across all asset classes
• create and implement investment proposals according to the client’s risk profile, objectives and our CIO views
• ensure smooth execution of day-to-day trading activities and client queries
• perform regular portfolio reviews and portfolio health checks
• comply with all regulatory, policy and quality standards, contributing to an effective risk culture

Your team

You’ll be working in the Active Advisory team in Hong Kong focusing on UHNW / GFO clients. As an active advisor, you’ll provide cross-asset investment advice in a portfolio context, perform trade executions and continuously monitor clients' portfolio performance.

Your expertise

• experience in wealth management and/or IB research/sales & trading and/or asset management for at least 10 years
• proven track record of delivering investment advice to private clients and/or institutional clients
• strong background on equities
• preferably experience in equity research and/or equity sales
• knowledge of local regulatory requirements, with high ethical and professional standards
• follow market developments and understand both current and anticipated trends
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or a related field, CFA is a plus
• fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese to support local client base
