Your role

Are you looking for a role which can reshape the future of finance? We’re looking for an Initiative Manger for Digital Assets in APAC
• drive our Initiative Management in the APAC region, including support setting the strategy and initiative roadmap, governance, and initiative portfolio management
• collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes
• engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards
• support regulatory, compliance and risk engagements to ensure alignment with regional compliance standards
• become a subject matter expert across the group, advising and speaking on all things blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets

Your team

You'll be working in the Digital Asset Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Singapore reporting to the Lead of Digital Assets APAC and UBS Tokenize. Become part of a passionate team of Digital Asset Experts working alongside various business divisions and functions to enable UBS to deliver on its Digital Assets priorities.

Your expertise

• 3+ years’ experience in financial services with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure
• passionate about digital assets and distributed ledger/ blockchain technology, with a track of record of delivering complex projects/products in the Digital Asset/Fintech space
• demonstrated project management experience in managing portfolios of initiatives across different functions, great communication skills, public speaking experience will be a plus
• strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of divisions, regions, and stakeholders
• good understanding of legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region
