Your role

Are you ambitious, motivated and eager to learn? Do you want to be a part of an international team with a successful real estate business? We are looking for someone who can provide support during a period of at least six months in:
• the daily management of real estate
• investment calculations and presentation preparations
• preparing Hold/sell analysis
• Real Estate market research
• implementation on asset upgrade strategies
• Communication with property managers, brokers and other stakeholders
• leasing of vacant properties
• administrative processes

Your team

You’ll be part of our Benelux & Nordics- team, located in Amsterdam (Rembrandt Tower). We are a small, ambitious, professional and international team.

Your expertise

• excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
• excellent grades
• experience in or knowledge of real estate
• interest in the real estate market
• a degree in Economics, Real Estate subjects preferable
• strong English language skills
