Your role

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you passionate about delivering best in class Client Experience?

We’re looking for a Client Reporting Specialist to:

• Offer sound advice to client advisors in relation to queries regarding portfolio performance and assets statements
• Be responsible for onboarding clients to UBS data feed solutions and the maintenance of client setups in these tools
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly controls to ensure the accuracy of the assets statements and investigate exceptions
• Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
• Understand the processes; ensure adherence to guidelines, SOPs and UBS policies

Your team

You will be working in the Client Reporting team in Singapore, supporting Singapore and Hong Kong Wealth Management Business. Our mission is to provide our clients with high-quality performance and investment reporting.

Your expertise

• A university degree in finance or business
• Experience in investment performance and risk analysis
• A good understanding of wealth management operation processes and product characteristics
• Strong risk and control mindset
• Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
