Your role

We're looking for the Settlement Manager to:

• supervise staff in Pune, India location
• manage UBS FSI's Securities Settlements processes & controls
• exhibit knowledge and adherence to Regulatory rules such as 15c3-3 Possession or Control, Reg SHO, MSRB rules, etc.
• partner across UBS Divisions and with key vendors to deliver on both mandatory industry driven changes in addition to business led strategic initiatives

Your expertise

Desired candidate industry experience of 7 - 8 years at minimum

• DTC, FED, and International Market Settlements
• Fails Management
• Asset Control
• FINRA and MSRB rules relevant to Securities Operations
• Stock Borrow / Loan
• Buy-Ins Management
