Your role

We're looking for Reporting & MI Specialist for:
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain regular reports for various business lines, working closely with Senior Management across multiple regions to ensure data accuracy and relevance, and timely delivery of reports.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement. Act as a point of contact for Senior Management in all regions, addressing reporting needs, providing insights, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Automation and Process Improvement: Work with our change team to identify and implement automation opportunities, driving efficiency, in the reporting process. Evaluation of existing reports to further enhance automation by leverage AI, Data & Visualization tools and other automation capabilities making the process leaner and more innovative.
• Innovation and Optimization: Continuously look for new ways to improve reporting process, to improve the speed, accuracy, and accessibility of our reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with various business lines to understand their unique reporting requirements and adjust deliverables, to meet those needs effectively.

Your team

You'll be working in the the Reporting and MI team within GCRG COO function in Mumbai. The Reporting and MI team is responsible for producing taxonomy specific, monitoring & surveillance, cross taxonomy, regional and divisional internal reports to support proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risk through data driven insights.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Accountancy/Finance/ or similar field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in risk control within the banking industry.
• Moderate knowledge of compliance, change and operational risk – with subject matter expertise on risk reporting, stakeholder management and engagement advantageous.
• Experience with working with PowerBI is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated with strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively interact with global colleagues at all levels (you are an excellent team player).
• Well organized and detail orientated, able to work on your own initiative and prioritize own workload.
• Good technical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and practices.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, adding insight into the produced reports.
• Methodical and accurate working approach, able to meet strict deadlines.
