Your role

We are looking for a Client Reporting Specialist to:
• prepare standard and customized reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. These reports include data collected from various sources, providing measurements of client portfolios, such as performance, risks, transactions, and cash flow.
• manage deadlines and process workflows to maintain efficient and effective reporting operations.
• ensure handling requests with the highest quality in timely manner,
• develop and build up relations with internal and external stakeholders,
• identify inconsistencies and proactively look for resolutions and improvement,
• proactively champion the new reporting services, in particular gather business requirements, prepare suitable report templates using available tools and systems.

Your team

You will be working in our Business aligned Asset Management Middle Office in Krakow, performing Reporting Services required to fulfil Client and Regulatory obligations.

Your expertise

• very good written and spoken English
• solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• client focused and deadline-oriented approach
• analytical and logical skills (you can solve problems with ease)
• methodical, concise and accurate with strong attention to details
• motivated with can-do attitude
