We are looking for an intern to:

• support Corporate Access team organizing all logistics related to Brazil events (group lunches/breakfast, mini-conferences, virtual events).
• prepare client invitations following UBS and UBS BB marketing & compliance' standards & guidelines
• assist in Update UBS systems with client’s attendance at our events.
• collaborate with internal teams including Technology, Compliance, and Finance.
• help to get corporates’ contacts and update CA Corporate Database.
• stay up to date with compliance rules related to the CA events.
• help with compliance approvals and controls

Your team

You’ll be working in the LatAm Corporate Access in São Paulo. We offer you a unique experience in supporting Corporate Access and Equity Sales team with events’ execution.

Your expertise

• ideally advanced English skills
• Power point, Word & Excel knowledge (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
• strong communication skills and attention to detail with pro-active behavior
• candidate should be a team player
• currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or International Relations
• we are looking for an intern that can stay for up to 24 months with the team.
