Your role

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

・Support Wealth Management(WM) business. You will be communicating with various stakeholders. (within division, cross-division)
・Drive various internal projects across organization (e.g. sales related, organization related, efficiency and process related, etc.)
・Arrangement of Meetings (Townhall, Management Meeting, Entity Governance Meeting) incl. scheduling, material preparation, and minutes
・Oversea Visitor handling
・Administrative Tasks of Organization Change and Office Environment
・Access Control (Systems and Premises)
・Head Count planning
・Develop presentation in PPT
・Cost monitoring
・Regulatory policy control
・Facing other countries for organizational alignment

Your team

You’ll be working in the business management team in WM Japan in Tokyo, Japan. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that WM Japan performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll be working closely with the management team as well as our Market teams.

Your expertise

・Great communicator
・At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry
・Administration and Support tasks
・Skill to drive structuring issues and analysis
・Business level Japanese and English
・Basic Microsoft skills
・Multi-tasking and efficient worker with speed
