We’re looking for a Fund Data Specialist to:

• support the team across daily operations and strategic initiatives related to fund data
• maintain and enhance our fund data repositories, ensuring they remain robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
• assist in regulatory reporting processes, fund corporate actions, and the upkeep of the reporting engine on behalf of a third-party organization
• provide support and lead selected projects focused on integrating fund data across our application landscape
• deliver operational and data governance services that uphold the highest standards of data integrity, lineage and traceability
• facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the business

Your team

You'll be joining our Fund Data Input team based in Krakow. Our team is responsible for managing fund data inbound across multiple platforms and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. In addition to this core responsibility, we oversee several key operational areas including Corporate Actions & Fund Lifecycle Management, AIFMD Reporting, and Data Dissemination through a third-party reporting engine.

You'll be part of a group that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement in fund data operations.

Your expertise

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong foundation in fund-related processes and operations.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot daily operational activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to issue resolution.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, particularly AIFMD, and familiarity with compliance standards and timelines would be an asset
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external partners.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Know-how to design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
