Your role

Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems? We are looking for someone to use their expertise to help us deliver the best-in-class service for our clients by:
• facilitating the APAC trust business, attending to all trust related aftersales activities that interact with clients
• provide wealth planning relationship managers support with documents management and administration services in connection with the maintenance of client relationship
• coordination with trustees, internal functions and external parties on any technical or operational matters, keeping up-to-date with any regulatory changes that may affect our clients, prepare and review all trust related documents according to internal and external regulations
• contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services

Your team

You’ll be working Wealth Planning Solution team in Hong Kong. We provide support to Client Advisors in client meetings, presentations and after-sales activities relating to asset ownership and structuring. We follow political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and apply this knowledge to client situations whilst ensuring that our wealth planning business continues meeting the bank's general and wealth planning specific standards and policies. As a wealth planning relationship manager associate, you'll play an important role in helping us stay a global leader in wealth management.

Your expertise

• proven experience in relationship management, ideally more than 3 years working in trust administration role in a trust company or bank
• a degree in finance, accountancy or law with a relevant professional qualification, preferably STEP, CPA or Law
• familiar with the legal and tax system of one or more jurisdictions and experienced in handling trust documentation
• methodical, concise and accurate work style, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to identify fiduciary risk and regulatory issues
• collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
