• Develop pitch book presentations that explain equity market trends, outline client options and recommend strategies aligned with client goals
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that drive the business forward
• Identify challenges, generate options and recommend solutions (you’re a contingency planner by nature)
• Co-work closely with global colleagues and investors across regions

Your team

You’ll be joining the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Tokyo, Japan. We work closely with corporate clients, institutional investors, and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic capital market solutions tailored to the Japanese market.

• Strong analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate and impactful presentation materials under tight timelines
• Adaptability to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas
• Driven by purpose, rich in creativity, and guided by strong ethical principles
• Fluent in both Japanese and English to support a local and international client base
