Your role

Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?
We’re looking for a part-time Client Account Manager (CAM) to:
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Assist with daily operation, including various administrative and functional tasks.
• Communicate with our colleagues in Frankfurt (Booking Centre)
• Assist and participate at our events

Your team

You'll be working in the Wealth Management team in Copenhagen. UBS in Denmark opened in 2014 and is a branch of UBS Europe SE. The branch is providing Wealth Management services and products to client’s resident in Denmark, including private individuals, companies and foundations. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

• financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
• unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
