Your role

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment?

As a Prime Brokerage Collateral Specialist, you’ll:
• oversee daily margin and collateral operations for APAC Prime Brokerage, ensuring strong control and risk awareness
• partner with PB stakeholders and risk team to manage margin calls, resolve disputes, and ensure timely coverage
• provide operational support and independent advice to internal teams and external clients on margin flows and risks
• identify and close control gaps in PB processes
• support process improvements and new business rollouts, including system testing
• resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate client account balances and timely issue resolution
• maintain correct PB account settings aligned with margin schedules
• uphold the control framework and escalate issues appropriately
• handle client margin queries in coordination with risk and account managers

Your team

You’ll be working in the PB Collateral and Margin Management team, based in Hong Kong.

Your expertise

• 2 or more years of experience working in collateral-related roles with knowledge of prime brokerage and OTC derivatives preferred
• advanced Excel skills; VBA or AI knowledge is a plus
• strong analytical thinking and effective communication, both written & verbal, confident to engage stakeholders at all levels
• proactive and accountable, with a drive to improve processes
• quick learner and self-starter with strong initiative
• collaborative team player across functions and regions
• highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask under pressure
• risk-aware and continuously seeks balanced improvements in control and efficiency
