• build relationships with UBS Salespersons across different markets, covering both domestic and international client accounts

Your team

The team is responsible for internal advisory regarding Financial Markets Regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, Canada Derivative Reform, and Market Access Rules during the client life cycle. Additionally, the team is responsible for ongoing adherence monitoring in relation to these regulations. The role involves information and documentation collection to enable the account opening process.

Your expertise

• experience in delivering quality client service
• fluent English
• ability to analyze client information and documentation to facilitate account opening
• organizational skills, diligence, high motivation and ability to work independently
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• dedicated team player with a can-do attitude
• ability to work well under pressure and ability to handle deadlines
• time management skills and ability multitask
• PC proficient (MS Office) and extensive knowledge in online research
• strong MS Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, preferably VBA/Macro design knowledge)
• ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
