• Understand the strategy, trends and context of the functional cost and headcount to manage budgets and finances
• Help design and develop metrics, sample reports and processes for stakeholders and decision makers
• Identify discrepancies, process weaknesses and develop streamlined solutions
• Support delivery of transfer pricing activities
• Be responsible for maintaining financial data hierarchies

You will be directly involved in day-to-day project operations, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise within Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC). Your team

You will be working for the UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain in our Krakow office. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). We are responsible for driving UBS’ sustainability strategy for our own operations. We manage the Strategic Delivery Locations globally – comprising UBS and vendor operated delivery sites from which offshored and outsourced services are provided to the rest of UBS. We furthermore are advancing our global procurement strategy and identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Recent graduate with less than two years of work experience; pursuing or holding a business management or accounting degree
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Flexible, open-minded, adaptable, and works cooperatively on multiple tasks
• Proficient in numerical analysis, statistics, and financial mathematics for practical problem-solving
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English
