Your role

Are you an expert in banking process risks and tools and especially on KYC? Do you like to educate others, encouraging high quality standards? Do you want help us manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients?
We’re looking for a Process and Quality Specialist to:

• be the main contact for queries about regulations, processes, tools and risk
• perform the periodic KYC and AML checks for complex client structures
• organize and conduct training for new tools and processes to improve quality and enablement
• monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the team and escalate if necessary
• identify, evaluate and implement mitigation and improvement measures for client related or process/quality related risks
• collaborate closely with Client Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, the Desk Head, as well as various internal departments e.g. Business Acceptance, Business Risk Organization and Compliance

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Luxembourg servicing our Financial Intermediaries Fund Clients. We bring all fund capabilities under one roof. We provide tailored-made structured solutions to Wealth Management Clients, Banks and CIC clients across Europe, helping them to establish insight into their overall asset portfolios and provide transparency on the performance and quality of their assets.

Your expertise

Your expertise :
• successful track record in the investment fund and custody business or Wealth Management with knowledge of the regulatory framework in Luxembourg
• banking related education, ideally with Compliance background or a in client facing team dealing with risk topics
• proactive and supportive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity and a positive attitude
• well organized, disciplined with a focus on details and risk standards and analytic
• good written and verbal communication and presentation skills (you’ll be facilitating training)
• fluent in English. German, French, Spanish and additional common language skills are assets
