Your role

This is not your typical Data Analyst's role. As a key player in our fast-paced, startup-like environment, you'll be at the forefront of building a product that changes the game.
You'll bridge the gap between data, technology and financial expertise, crafting a tool that empowers advisors to deliver unparalleled client service.

Here's what you'll do:
• analyze new and existing datasets for accuracy, breadth, and relevance using SQL, Python, and other data tools,
• gather and write detailed requirements for data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives,
• create visualizations and reports to communicate findings and support decision-making,
• engage with data SMEs throughout the firm and beyond to identify and access necessary data,
• ensure data quality and integrity across all datasets and projects.

Your team

You'll be working in the Insights Team within the Smart Technologies and Advanced Analytics Team (STAAT) in Poland. Our team is revolutionizing the wealth management industry by empowering financial advisors with automated insights that unlock hidden value within our data.
We collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, software developers and business SMEs to build our insights and platform.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or a related field,
• 3+ years of experience in a data-related role;
• strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis,
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• proven ability to gather and document technical requirements effectively,
• familiarity with data ingestion processes and ETL pipelines,
• understanding of product development lifecycle (backend and frontend) for collaboration in product builds,
• good knowledge of English.
