Your role
Are you interested in expanding your funds knowledge across different fund types and jurisdictions? Are you looking to broaden your experience dealing with fund stakeholders? Are you new to the asset servicing industry or looking to return?
We are looking for a Depositary Supervision Analyst to:
• ensure clients operate in accordance with Central Bank of Ireland (‘CBI’) UCITS and AIF regulations
• Ensure the Depositary function operates in compliance with CBI and Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (’CSSF’) regulations and circulars
• complete NAV and Investment and Borrowing Restrictions reviews to sign off stage within set deadlines.
• ensure the established controls are maintained and followed during NAV oversight review
• participate in the take on of new business and the successful onboarding of new depositary mandates
• act as a point of contact for client queries and regulatory developments
• participate in the regulatory and legal aspects of new product development and implementation within the branch.
• work closely with the Head of Depositary to enhance existing controls where necessary.
• review and update of Depository Supervision procedure manuals on annual basis.

You will be working in the Depositary Supervision team in Dublin. We are a dedicated team with an open corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages proactive input and feedback. As a Depositary Supervision Analyst, you will contribute toward delivering a consistent client experience across the range of depositary and asset servicing solutions provided to clients.
Your expertise
• 1-2 years of experience
• relevant college degree / qualifications
• experience in the funds industry, specific depositary experience would be advantageous
• in-depth knowledge of UCITS and AIF regulations
• excellent analytical skills, an ability to work in an organized and methodical manger with strong attention to details
• client-focused, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• excellent communication skills, experience of dealing with key stakeholders
