Your role

Are you curious about how corporate communications share global engagement in a financial institution but unsure where to start? Do you love transforming complex topics into compelling stories that resonate? Are you energized by creativity, collaboration, and making things happen?

We're looking for a motivated and creative Communications Intern to join our dynamic Group Real Estate and Supply Chain Global Communications, UX and Engagement team, supporting both global initiatives and local communications and branding activities in Poland.

You’ll get to:

• gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact team driving communications and engagement across UBS’s real estate, supply chain, sustainability, travel and strategic delivery location initiatives.
• shape storytelling and craft engaging content and campaigns for internal and external channels – from intranet articles and newsletters to videos, social media and blog posts
• support a diverse portfolio of communications and engagement projects, contributing to both global strategy and local execution.
• help organize and coordinate events such as townhalls, conferences and leadership sessions
• guide stakeholders on UBS tone of voice and brand design, so every message looks sharp, sounds right, and feels authentically UBS.
• collaborate with colleagues across UBS’s Internal Communications, Media Relations and Brand Marketing teams globally.

You’ll be part of our Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) Global Communications and Engagement team based in Wroclaw – a creative mix of communicators, creatives and strategists who love what we do. From internal communications and social media to brand storytelling, we deliver high-impact messaging that connects, informs and inspires.
No two days are the same here. It’s fast-paced, varied and full of opportunities to learn, grow and contribute. You’ll get a front-row seat to how our function brings UBS’s real estate, travel, sustainability, supply chain and strategic delivery location strategies to life – and you’ll help shape the story as it unfolds.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has a creative spark, a flair for writing and a sharp eye for detail (typos don’t stand a chance)
• can communicate clearly, with a natural feel for storytelling that makes messages resonate and complex things sound simple
• brings energy, creativity and responsiveness to stakeholder needs
• is a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a knack for juggling multiple tasks
• stays cool under pressure and thrives when things get busy
• works well with others but can also fly solo when needed
• knows their way around Microsoft Office, and if you’ve dabbled in video editing or illustration, even better
• is fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken) – any other languages are a bonus!
