Your role

As a Business Manager, you will:
• Own and drive financial and headcount management processes, partnering closely with senior business managers and functional leads across APAC.
• Lead strategic analysis of financial and operational data to support decision-making and resource optimization.
• Independently manage monthly forecasting cycles, cost allocations, and tracking of strategic initiative spend.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process simplification and automation, leveraging tools and data to improve efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations that shape business strategy.
• Support regional management in overseeing location risk, regulatory obligations, and governance routines.
• Lead and coordinate regional people and culture initiatives, including engagement campaigns, recognition programs, and diversity efforts.
• Prepare and deliver marketing and communications materials to connect with our people and promote key initiatives.
• Collaborate globally on special projects and cross-regional efforts that align with strategic priorities.

Your expertise

Your Expertise:
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Management within a global organization.
• Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• High attention to detail while maintaining a view of the broader business context.
• Experience in location governance, regulatory support, or risk management is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Alteryx and AI prompting is a plus.
