Your role

• Assist the Data Steward to create and maintain a robust set of data objects related to deposits, ensure controls are in place and suggest changes as needed and collaborate with the Data Governance Teams on all data related inquiries including data audits, control reviews
• Analyze large data sets to deliver projects and other analytics to assist with product management related items such as pricing of all deposit products, understanding drivers of balances and preparing such materials for management/committee reviews
• Maintain analytics and datasets related to deposits, perform quality reviews and conduct changes to reporting, analytics and data sets across all platforms including ADW
• Assist with other product management related tasks such as audits, regulatory requests and pricing activities
• Assist with the management, planning and execution of project deliverables, coordinating across project stakeholders to drive and monitor progress.
• Conduct and coordinate product and project management related items as needed, including testing and defining requirements, data, analytics and reporting related requirements, reviewing and creating end-to-end QA/UAT test scripts
• Communicate effectively regarding internal and external impact to all stakeholders, including IT, the field, Legal and Compliance, Messaging, senior management
• Review and monitor deposit crew/pods sprint plans alignment with the team’s business requirements and goals
• Socialize with and gather requirements from key stakeholders, including closing open items and developing action plans.

Your expertise

You have:
• a university degree
• experience with SQL, Access and Analytics
• 2 – 5 years of experience in financial services
• excellent problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills and effectively work with cross-functional team
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• a detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• the ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
• excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

You are:

• proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• proficient with SQL, Access and Analytics
• highly motivated, ambitious and hard-working
• highly analytical, organized and have the willingness to remain responsive

• able to:
