Your role
• Execute on business and operational processes by developing and maintaining trackers and conducting analyses and collaborating with numerous stakeholders across the firm
• Manage escalation and operational product processes including communicating with Financial Advisors, support staff, Operations and servicing teams
• Review processes and recommend options for improvement and streamlining to improve efficiencies
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor product and process performance and key metrics
• Assist with rigorous testing and validation processes to maintain high product and process quality and reliability
• Analyze large data sets and use visualization tools for various analysis including flows of balances, client behavior, pricing and sales opportunities
• Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, build narratives, and support decision-making using Excel and willingness to learn programming and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving by exploring data deeply and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Take ownership of tasks with a hands-on attitude, including data cleaning, validation, and collaboration across teams to deliver impactful results
• Assist with project management on rollouts and initiatives across the deposit product lifecycle and actively participate in designing new solutions, including requirements gathering, testing and managing rollouts to clients and the field; focus on internal channels as well as external channels, such as web
• Partner with internal business partners (Legal, Compliance, marketing, Risk, IT etc.) on various product and process related tasks
• Speak to Financial Advisors and private bankers to provide product support, answer product-related questions and gather feedback
• Generate high-quality work with attention to detail
• Demonstrate:
o Basic knowledge of wealth management products, particularly bank deposits
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with a specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint
o Strong problem-solving skills
o A positive client and employee experience

The Deposits Product Analyst will be a member of the Deposits Product Management team, which is responsible for managing the Wealth Management USA Deposits offering.
Your expertise
• A university degree
• Proficient with Microsoft, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or Private Banking knowledge preferred
• General banking/deposits product knowledge preferred
• An excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess solid organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and careful about quality of work
• Able to:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with our Field partners
o Demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
o Communicate and set expectations appropriately to management
o Manage issues through to resolution and have difficult conversation
