You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing both manual and electronic trade confirmations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Ensuring all Trade Repository data reflects complete and compliant trading records
• Overseeing the timely settlement of market-facing trades across multiple asset classes
• Instruction of payment for lifecycle events
• Performing reconciliations and investigating any transaction or position breaks
• Collaborating closely with global partners to deliver seamless operational excellence

Your team

You’ll be part of the Asset Management Settlement Derivatives team in Wroclaw, Poland, and Switzerland, supporting global confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes for derivative instruments and securities trading activity.

Our team partners with Investment Teams, External Brokers and Counterparties, Custodians, Prime Brokers, and Global Operations hubs across London, New York, and Chicago, ensuring our clients’ investments move flawlessly through every stage of the trade lifecycle.

You’ll join a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and excellence, where every voice counts and every improvement makes a difference.
We operate between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, offering a structured yet flexible workday to collaborate across time zones.

Your expertise

You’re someone who sees beyond numbers, you understand how precision drives trust and how processes power performance.

You have:
• A foundational understanding of Global Markets and knowledge of Securities, Fixed Income, and Derivative products
• A risk-aware mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and solid IT skills to manage data efficiently

You are:
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented, even when multitasking
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
• Adaptable and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and reduce risk
• Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-impact team that values innovation, learning, and precision
