Your role

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a keen understanding of the various activities in a client’s lifecycle? Are you passionate about driving process simplification & automation?

We’re looking for someone who can:
• Enable client activities through timely action on client requests with high precision
• Leverage leading technology tools to automate and improve efficiency
• Collaborate well with partners from various functions and come up with innovative solutions for our clients
• Maintain client privacy by demonstrating sensitivity and keen understanding of data confidentiality
• Protect the bank by maintaining in-depth awareness of potential breaches and act proactively to prevent their occurrence

Your team

You’ll be working in Client Lifecycle Management Operations Hub covering APAC region. We play a vital role in supporting client lifecycle activities of our Singapore and Hong Kong wealth management businesses.

By working closely with our partners across the organization, we ensure we fully support our Wealth Management business which manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

Your expertise

You have:
• University degree, preferably in banking or finance related discipline
• Several years of experience in bank operational roles, preferably wealth management related
• Keen understanding of client lifecycle processes which includes documentation, screening and static change
• Good client service mindset with excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving

You are:
• a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• a good communicator who is comfortable in facing multiple stakeholders
• an effective team player, with professional and positive attitude
• able to work under pressure to strict deadlines (you're good at prioritizing tasks)
• adept at improving processes and enhancing workflows (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)
• innovative with data and agile in the changing landscape
